Our family has held Suntrust accounts for years, and we won’t ever change so long as they proceed the service they have offered us in these years. Our local branch staff are extraordinarily nice and useful. They greet me by identify after I come via the drive-via and all the time keep in mind that my children like lollipops. The 800 number personnel are all the time environment friendly and pleasant and assist in whatever manner is required. I could go on and on about this financial institution. They are clearly doing something proper in a time when customer service appears to be an afterthought for many firms/companies.
Same boat as Chris — I’ve been with Wells Fargo for years with no actual complaints. I moved my savings to ING to get a better rate (again when these existed…) but as long as I stay in cities with plentiful Wells Fargo ATMs I have Online Marketing nothing to complain about. If they start charging me silly charges or I have to move or journey, then maybe I’ll be willing to pay the (logistical) switching prices.
I was fascinated to open an account on TD BANK on Miami Beach Florida south beach branch. I walk inside and was acquired from a financial institution teller, she barely don’t converse and no matter she told me was incomprehensible, Anyway I sign up for having a meeting with a person accountable for account opening, he come over me and he instructed me he’ll come back to me in max 5 minutes. In the meantime I was waiting this particular person, different four buyer walk in straight as much as his desk and he attend them immediately. I actually disagree about this type of customer support and I determined to convey my 5000 dollars in another financial institution where the service was better for positive. Right now Wells Fargo maintain me and my cash. I DO NOT COMING BACK IN ANY TD BANK FOREVER.
The Oct. 21 closure of the PNC Bank branch in Rich Square is an element of a larger development. Driven by the popularity of ATMs and online and cell banking, the rising price tag of sustaining a branch, a wave of business consolidation, and efforts to boost profitability by reducing prices, banks throughout North Carolina and nationwide are closing branches. Then you could have the treasures. The stuff that rotates and whose discovery gets you excited. Almost crazed.
